is there any way how to make a picture like this:
 like the skin color,it usually doesnt come out like that.so is there any effect that you can do on a picture to make it like that.i use psp,or is there any website that has turoials on how to do picture effects.i tried swimfan but i couldnt find it.anyone?thanks |
