I was wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm offering cash if you can.
I was going to use this image as part as my layout but the photo is just disorted, saved by jpeg. I need to know if I can have this image fixed to look better or if someone can make something like this, very simular at that. If you're using PSP, which is what I use, then smooth the picture by 1 or 2, and then save by going to file->export->JPEG optimizer. Lower the compression value to 1 and it'll come out close to perfect :]
