Suggest a topic and I will review it, and if the circumstances and requisites are met, I will say 'yes' and we can discuss the topic submitted. Sorry, but a topic where one person decides what can and cannot be discussed seems like a lot of fun.. for one person.
I'd rather each of these intellectual topics have its own thread.
