It's a day your job gives you when you get ass raped by your boss. I think it's a well deserved day, because getting raped back there takes a lot out of a person.
I.E. : Hey John, I think you need to take a pucca tomorrow, because Mr. Edwards wants to see you after your shift. : Aw, darn it. I already had like 2 puccas this quarter. Or...
