Okay so I did a search before and nothing came up, but if there is already a topic like this then close it.
So yesterday I was out with my dad and we came home around 8ish and had dinner, normally we have dinner usually 6-6:30ish and since then I've had a terrible headache and stomach ache. I don't know if it's just me. Does any one get sick or feel wierd after eating later than usual or skipping a meal such as breakfast etc. because you just didn't have time? |

Worst thing to do is skip a meal, because it slows down your metabolism, makes you tired, your body senses the need for food and stores the remaining food as fat to protect itself. If you really can't fit in a meal, eat a banana or a granola bar. Anything helps!
Oh, and eating later than usual... especially for dinner, makes you fatter. After 9 or so, the body usually starts shutting down (tired, slower metabolism), and so the food you consume will basically automatically be transferred as fat. ![]() |
