can you take fat off your face by like moving it around with your hands. lol its a silly question but i have always wondered about it. i mean like you can smack your face or jiggle it around with your hands, will you be able to burn calories on your face? possible?
what do you think? |

...No. If you were to move around any part of your body you "burn" calories. Even just a few. But not by smacking the area, no. Maybe you can do some facial exercises to strengthen the muscles in that area and have it appear tighter, smaller, but weight loss in the face can be hard, if you're not overweight. If you are, some weight loss may help, but some people lose weight in the face last; others, first. There really is no guarantee it'll go away..
