I remember being in a girls' youth empowerment meeting when we were talking about being beautiful and at what times we feel that we are beautiful. We agreed that everyone is beauitful in their own unique way (cheesy, I know.
 ), but we also discussed when we feel most beautiful. There were a lot of different answers, but for me, I've always felt most beautiful after I'm done working out because I know that I've done something good for myself, like I did something completely worth it that day. When do you feel most beautiful (or handsome!)? [Note: I didn't post this in Girl's Locker Room because I suppose guys can answer this, too.] |

Well, I feel most beautiful when someone acknowledges me, I guess..
Hmm. But it's also when I accomplish something important. I guess it's just when I'm proud of something.
