last week she was all over me and couldnt keep her hands off me...we talked alot during summer and now its school and she was all over me at first...but i never realy paid her much attention and she finaly flipped day before yesterday and asked when i walked by why i acted like i didnt even know her...i admit (but not to her) that i do do this...and now she ignores me ...we are just firneds but it was definalty closer than just normal firends...evry time i used to see her she woudl alway ye;l out my name and was so happy...now shes not saying a thing and just take a looka t me and leave..whyywhat should i do...i dont want to lose her :/...i remeber she would tell me how she loves me and stuff and invite me to her volleyball games (she woudl only invite me and her bf, like her bestt friend and her bf i suposer :]) and whatever...she didnt invite me to go watch her game this week, i only talked to her at the bigining of the week...the rest she ignoreing me right in front of my face...i still ignore her, i havnt talked to her upfront about it but i have a feeling that its affecting her more then i know....shes realy melow and quite at school last week (for two weeks in a row) she does have a bf (just to let you know i just liek her as a friend)...but when i see them together at lunch they dont even talk they just sit there and dont do a thing..and i feel reluctent to aprouch her even though i know shes looking and probably in her mind begging me to come......damn it im so confused..i dont want to lose another friend especaily one that actualy cared about me so much

Well, first of all you need to work on your communication skills... Like you said, "I admit (but not to her) that i do do this...and now she ignores me."

It sure sounded like she confronted you about it, and you really jsut sat there and said "nothing". Now, when I say, "nothing" I'm not accually saying you were silent. I'm just saying that you must not have said anything of any significance to the issue at hand. Admitting that you have a problem is the first step in correcting it, and you cannot just admit it to me or the people on CB. You have to admit it to her. She's the one that you were ignoring.

Well, I know this sounds redundant, but she's probably ignoring you because she probably feels as if you don't even want to be her friend. Alright, let me give you an example.

Picture this (Keep in mind, that it's entirely hypothetical):

I just purchased a Guitar. You love guitars, and I know that you play them. So, I decide to try and have a converstation with you about the brand new guitar that I purchased. I start off by saying, "Hey man, check out this awsome guitar that I just purchased!" Deep down inside you think that the guitar that I'm showing you is amazing. This is the guitar of your f**king dreams and you want to play it so bad, but none-the-less You look at me nonchalantly and reply, "Ok..." I get the impression that I was bothering you. I look at you with a strange look and and say, "Ok, well... I guess I'll talk to you later." Then I walk away, and try to share my guitar with someone who acts like they are intrested.

Think of your relationship with you friend as the guitar. You really like the relationship, and when your friend asked you if you were intrested in salvaging it. Even though you cared, you acted like you didn't. She probably got the impression that you didn't even care about the friendship that you had. She probably felt like she was bothering you. So, she decided to ignore you because if she didn't she would have to treat you the same as she always had been.

I don't know why you keep stating the fact that you don't want to have sex with her. It only makes me feel like you want to, and that your trying to deny it in hopes that you will feel like you won't. If so, quit denying it, and face it like a man.
