Comment Box Help Options

Hi, i just recently got a div overlay from CB and for some reason the comment box portion won't work. Basically, no one can click inside of it and get a text bar going or anything.

and i'm not really sure if it's this part of the code that isn't working but here's the comment box portion of it:

like i said last post, the customized comment box shows up but you can't click inside of it to type the comment you want to leave, it jut sits there.
