Ok.. the title says it all
 ...can somebody please 'enlighten' me on this?  ...i use this codes but it didn't work...  <a href="http://www.friendster.com/example"><img src="http://www.geocities.com/tata/Vpic.jpg"onClick='alert("You Caught a shoe!")'border="0" width="150" alt="Copyrighted Aznxzerokid" /></a> ThankZ in advance.. |

I just tested your code & it worked in firefox. An alert displayed and the page then redirected to the linked url.
Firefox 1.5.0.7 os x, safari 2.04 gave the same result. |
