Eatting later than usual, what happens to you? |

Okay so I did a search before and nothing came up, but if there is already a topic like this then close it.
So yesterday I was out with my dad and we came home around 8ish and had dinner, normally we have dinner usually 6-6:30ish and since then I've had a terrible headache and stomach ache. I don't know if it's just me. Does any one get sick or feel wierd after eating later than usual or skipping a meal such as breakfast etc. because you just didn't have time? |

^yea that happens to me too when i don't eat lunch on time. and thanks for that tip.
