Okay so I did a search before and nothing came up, but if there is already a topic like this then close it.
So yesterday I was out with my dad and we came home around 8ish and had dinner, normally we have dinner usually 6-6:30ish and since then I've had a terrible headache and stomach ache. I don't know if it's just me. Does any one get sick or feel wierd after eating later than usual or skipping a meal such as breakfast etc. because you just didn't have time? |

^ Maybe you're thinking about mzkandi.
Well, if I miss dinner, I just take a cereal bar or granola bar and eat it. I can't really eat a whole meal after 9.. ![]() And well, somedays if I don't eat breakfast.. I just a little lightheaded and dizzy before lunch. But I did almost pass out before. Like I couldn't breathe or move and my ears were ringing.. That felt horrible. I think that instead of eating a whole meal later than usual, you should eat something high in fiber like cereal or oatmeal to fill up your stomach. Raw fruits and vegetables work good too. ![]() |
