is there a way to dream of something in particular? like, i heard if you think of something before you go to sleep that that is what you'll dream of, but is it true?

I never remember my dreams. Not anymore, at least. I really wish I could though..
![]() My friend once told me that you have to think of something all day or be COMPLETELY obsessed with it in order for you to dream of it. That used to work for me for about a week this summer, but now I can't remember my dreams anymore. |

My friend once told me that you have to think of something all day or be COMPLETELY obsessed with it in order for you to dream of it. Not quite so extreme. If your mind were on 1 thing for 30 min right before you slept, chances are, you would dream about it. Also, if you want to remember, you need to go through the sleep stages smoothly. For example, Alarm Clocks are extremely bad since they literally surprise the crap outta you. |
