Here's just a thread with a load of random crap that was bothering me that I was always too lazy to make a topic about because some of the stuff seemed too trivial to have its own thread that would be closed immmediately after it was fixed.
On the interests subforum page, there's a typo QUOTE Art. Discuss the techinical side or art: digital, traditional, film, etc. Anyone care to tell me What is wrong with this screenshot? Also, on the subject of scripts, the ones that are no longer needed should be removed/edited. http://www.createblog.com/scripts/download.php?id=204 http://www.createblog.com/scripts/download.php?id=130 Scripts should be checked for extra lines of coding that may be unnecessary. http://www.createblog.com/scripts/download.php?id=254([.hidethem]) (extra coding) On the site map, interests should be updated to include Art and News; also, not all of the xanga tools require you to be an official (insert word here). On that topic, I think it should be edited into the official member thread that by becoming an official member, you also gain access to the uploader and Xanga Visitor Tracker. I'm not sure if other tools require official membership. The stats feature should be added to xanga tools forum. On the contribution page, I think the the option to submit website should be clarified that it's for topsite because when I first went to that page, I thought it was for website templates. Also, why does it state that BBC is enabled for the comment field when it isn't? :( On the automated accepted script/layout PM, could we please fix the typo? ![]() QUOTE Congratulations! You're script/layout has been accepted. Please continue to submit new scripts/layout. It isn't explicitly stated anywhere in our guidelines or terms of service that jocking is not allowed (because it should be a given), but it should probably be placed in print somewhere on the site so that this doesn't happen when users are being dense. WOW, I'm so anal. k, I'm done (for now). |

I believe most of the livejournal layouts are not working because of the css heading iframe.htmleditor or because the coding is faulty (new style tags without closing old ones).. could the former be fixed and could the latter be cracked down on when accepting newer layouts? :\
(A lot of the recent lj help questions are about some layout not working.) (An example of the latter would be this layout. :[ I also brought up another specific example, which has since been removed, in a different thread before.) |
