err i need help on 2 things
#1 okie..um i want to know how to make a font that looks like this  like how the outside is black and the inside is white #2. does anybody know how to make things blink with image ready? pleasae show me step by step >.> and don't make ur instructions too confusing becuz if u make it confusing i'll make everything messed up >.> soo chyeahh thankssss<3 |

1. Font is called "New Romantics" and you have to apply the white inside/black outside style yourself.
