There was a topic like this before, but that one is dead and over two years old.. I thought that it needed a fresh start.
![]() http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=12400 If you don't know about this, you can go to Wikipedia and research it. I still have not made up my mind yet, but I sort of think that it was all a hoax. So.. Do you think it was real or is it a conspiracy? |

I heard something about the moon rocks having the same composition as some rocks found at the poles.
![]() QUOTE Hoax proponents argue that Wernher von Braun's trip to Antarctica in 1967 (two years prior to the Apollo missions) was in order to study and / or collect lunar meteorite rocks to be used as fake Moon rocks. Because von Braun was a former SS officer, it is suggested by hoax proponents (including Aron Ranen),[55] he would have been susceptible to pressure to agree to the conspiracy in order to protect himself from recriminations over the past. And the rocks collected in the Apollo missions are still being analyzed by scientists. So far they've said that the rocks haven't been on the Earth and are older than any other lunaites found on Earth. But it's possible that they set the rocks in an environment similar to that of the moon's and sped up the carbon decay process. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_moon_l...ions#Moon_rocks |
