it seems like i have little (or sometimes big) periods when i feel quieter than usual, and it feels harder to talk to people or come up with things to talk about. does this ever happen to anyone else? anyone know a possible reason why it happens? and when it does, how do you cope?
i didnt know whether to put this in the boys locker or here but i wanted responses from guys and girls so yeah |

There was a period in my life when i was extremely quiet. I mean i would only talk to my brother. So one day we bought a poster for Aaron's room with the Pink Panther on it. It said "think pink". So now everytime i'm depressed i see the poster and i repeat to myself "think pink everything's gonna be ok, be happy etc"
Sometimes it doesn't work but some other times it works fantastically well! ![]() When I'm feeling down my brother sticks post-its all over the house with funny messages on them. So it makes me laugh.U could ask your sibilings or sb else to do the smae that my brother does. You could also try writting as most people suggested, it's so healing sometimes. Listen to your music but try not to listen to songs that are depressing. Also watch your favourite movie or your favourite tv show. in general do things that make you smile ![]() And think of all the people that make you smile. ![]() I hope I helped you a bit ![]() |
