[This fits more in Girls' Locker than Fashion.]
Who else cannot stand make-up? I cannot, for the life of me, wear make-up. My sister is an expert but I am a total stintz when it comes to applying make-up. I tried to put on mascara yesterday. 'Twas horrible. Let's just say it looked as though I had a black eye. The fact that my eyelashes are really long and touches my glasses doesn't make me want to wear it often... or ever, really. Eyeshadow? Don't have the patience for it. Eye-liner? Hands aren't steady enough. Lipstick? Generally don't like lipstick. Something's wrong with this picture here. I'm not a tomboy either. |

make-up, when applied the right way, can dramatically improve anybody's appearance... i don't think you can say anybody would look worse with it on when it's used correctly.
that's why i go with it. =) i honestly think the guys who say they don't like girl's with make-up on are the ones who see the girls with freakishly weird eyeshadow coloring + "cakey" foundation. the girls who use just enough will appear like they're just beautiful. plus, a swipe of mascara / lip balm / blush will only take you like... 3 minutes in the morning. |
