After scanning, I scanned a second time and the trojan is still there. How do I delete it from my computer or heal it. By the way I am using avg free edition.thanks

When you ran AVG did you select the trojan for deletion? If you did and it is still there I'd say start your computer in safe mode and run AVG from there. Sometimes things which can't be removed running in normal mode can be deleted in safe mode.
...also sometimes you need to restart before AVG can do its stuff. |
