Of course it's a good thing but I doubt its efffects will be anything impressive. Some people just need to practice self-control.

Some people just need to practice self-control. ![]() Having a great intake of trans fat increases your risk for heart disease, heart attack, stroke, ect. If they actually succeed in banning trans fat in restaurants (especially fast food), everyone will be healthier. |

Having a great intake of trans fat increases your risk for heart disease, heart attack, stroke, ect. Oh, I understand all that but it shouldn't and doesn't mean that everyone will finally be healthier. This ban may even bring people to continue or increase their consumption of fast food since they might think the food isn't as harmful. Being healthy is so much more than cutting back on trans fat. I doubt it will have any dramatic effects is what I mean.
If they actually succeed in banning trans fat in restaurants (especially fast food), everyone will be healthier. |
