Of course it's a good thing but I doubt its efffects will be anything impressive. Some people just need to practice self-control.

Having a great intake of trans fat increases your risk for heart disease, heart attack, stroke, ect. If they actually succeed in banning trans fat in restaurants (especially fast food), everyone will be healthier. |
