I just brought a new ink cartridge and yes my printer works but when I print something the ink doesnt show up on the paper.
Help please |

Yes it was pretty simple putting the cartridge in, I just remove the tape and also I had tried to remove the printer's driver and installing it over again.

Is your printer new or old? What year? Did you buy your with Dell or refill it? If you didn't buy with Dell, state where you did. Did you buy the correct cartridge? These questions are pretty much essential to fixing your problem. We might be able to help a little, but you should call customer service. |
