okay so i am trying to make a layout for my friend's party planner site and so far the way it looks on photoshop is not how it looks on myspace and thus i am very frustrated.. the alignment seems to be way off so ive heard about this program called dreamweaver.. would that be a better program to use for making layouts? i mean i see so many people making layouts and they look great how can i get the same effects?

I'm not sure, but I think Photoshop can link up with Adobe GoLive to publish graphics designed in PS, as web pages. That might make it more comprehensive for you. But I've never used GoLive, only heard about it from friends, so I can't say for sure whether this suggestion has any relevance.
