Yes, ANTM fans, it's that time of the year. The new season premieres next Wednesday (20 September) on the CW. Check your local listings, since you know, everything got effed up when UPN and the WB merged.
I'm looking through the girls on the new CW website for it (which sucks, I hope they it becomes like the UPN site, which is much cooler), and thus far, I'm rooting for AJ (who looks like Yoanna with an edge, and I looooovvveeeee Yoanna), Megan (who reminds me of Kim and Mollie Sue), Eugena and Monique. It's funny, they have a lot of "model-y" types this season (see Michelle, Amanda, Melrose and Brooke). |

^ From Elle to Seventeen? That's one drastic downgrade.
Eh, the show has been going down for a while now anyway. But I do love Michelle. It's the only one that would've worked in a fashion magazine nowadays. I think they totally blew up the Melrose incident. Yes, she was late, and I don't think she should've been by any means, but you could tell she didn't mean to upset people. If anything, Monique should've been the one criticized (then again, Tyra doesn't do anything about bitches until they go REALLY crazy, and judging by how Monique's acting now, it should be soon). |
