text color/font/size not workin |

i'm tryin to type in some text n make it my own color n font/size but nothin happens, it's cuz there's somethin in my layout code, can someone tell me wat it is?

cuz above my comment box i wanna put 'comment box' in BIG GREEN BOLD LETTERS but somethin in my layout code won't let me |
