does anybody know any site for a vector/vexel tutorial.
or maybe a pentool tutorial for paint shop pro 8,9,or 10. thanks

Uhm, perhaps go here and look at their tutorials I'm not promising you'll find one for the same version of Paint shop you have but its worth a shot
