Hello people! Eerr...my first time here!!
Well, since I find this site REALLY helpful with all you friendly knowledgeable people here! Anyways, here goes... Its been like 8 months since I've developed a chalazion or meibomian cyst shall I say...and well, to other people, they say its REALLY HUGE!!! I bet some people noticed it but never said anything! As a result of its size, it made my eyeshape really...odd... Whoever lives in the UK or London, I would just like to say that the NHS sucks really badly!!!! Back on to the topic, I'm waiting for a letter from my local hospital to confirm that an appointment has been made. Real nervous about it because, what if the surgeon drops whatever he/she is holding into my eyeball?! (T_T) Has anybody been through the experience of getting their cysts removed before?? Is there a "cosmetic benefit" from it as well?? Send me a private message as well so I can get your answers in a jiffy!! Thanks all... |

My friend got a cyst removed from her eye area too...must be a popular place to get a cyst.
But your face should heal quickly, and there shouldn't be much/any scarring after. |
