new DIV layout, weird color combination Options

This is my third DIV overlay... it's best viewed in 1024x768 resolution in IE.
In Firefox it looks ok apart from the comment box is too large for the box it's placed inside of (if anyone knows how to fix this, please share).
It's also different from my last one in that this one is more focused around the content, and not around a huge header graphic.
Comments and suggestions are appreciated; you provided good ideas for the last layout I posted here.

I agree with Ralph, the colors are a little bit odd. It makes me kind of not like how the layout is in a way I guess I've never actually thought of putting green and orange together -shrugs-
The layout set up is nice though, the comment box is about 2px bigger than the box its supposed to be in though. I'm sure most don't notice that so I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Haha I know the colors are odd. I wanted it to be like that. I'm tired of using the same old colors in my layouts.

If you don't mind me asking, what browser do you use that the comment box is only 2px bigger than the box?
For me it looks perfect in IE, but is wayyy off in Firefox. I haven't tested it in any other browsers though.
