Pixelated with a border, how do you do it? |

I made a layout awhile ago and used these codes:
CODE a:hover {filter:progid:dximagetransform.microsoft.pixelate(duration=.25, maxSquare=3, enabled=true); height: 4px; clip: rect( );} a:hover image { border-color:FE00BA; } . . .so my pictures would be both pixelated AND have a pink border. But now I'm trying to use the same code in a new layout and it pixelates, but it doesn't have a border. Does anyone know why it would've worked 6 months ago or so and not work anymore? Did something change that I don't know about? And does anyone know how to get the same effect now? |

Okay, I don't know if I'm just completely retarded or what, but after messing around with things, it works!
HOWEVER, my heroes section is cut off now. This has happened before in the past and I was never able to pinpoint the cause. Here's my page: right here! oh, and excuse the mismatched stuff - it's under construction :) |
