i've been with this guy for 5 months ? i broke it off.
it was hurting me that he would constantly pick his friends over me.
we never had time and we always fight.

so that's over and done with.

and i started going out with this guy. . .
he treated me so well, but i knew my heart wasn't there.
or so i thought. . . i broke it off.
because i still liked my ex. i didn't even give it time.
c`mon, we only lasted for two weeks.

now, i'm missing him like crazy.

he says he still likes me, but he just doesn't know.

I think that you need to just get over your first boyfriend. If you can handle who he is then go back out with him, but you can't take him away from his friends. That's who he is. You have to either except him and be happy with the relationship or just say no to going out with him.

Also, don't go out with people if you aren't over your previous relationship.
