The American remake of Ringu, I would have to say, is quite a bit scarier than the japanese original (not to say that either were really that scary, it's just the original was sedated) - a better movie too (as if Ringu was good anyways). 4. Granted with The Grudge. Ju-on was creepy. The Grudge remake was a joke. Pfffffffffffffffffft.  Oh, just thought of these to add to the list: Black Christmas. Bad Taste. The Brood. The Haunting. A Tale of Two Sisters. |
