This is unfinish but can you guys tell me what you think? and like give me advice how to make it better. this is for an art competition XD. The Image is just your imagination of a lady O_O.

It's a very creative piece. I like your use of colors. I would define the chin and jaw a bit more. As well, to fill up space at the bottom, I would extend the red "ribbon" (what exactly are they supposed to be, if anything?
 ) and have multiple ones to make some sort of design. Great job. Post another photo of the finished piece. :)
