som·nil·o·quy: s
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() n. pl. som·nil·o·quies: The act or habit of talking in one's sleep. Okay, so does anyone else here sleep talk? Lately, I've been falling asleep on the phone, and I'm told that I respond in my sleep (which I totally do not remember, at all). For the most part, he says that it's all prompted, that I probably wouldn't say anything if he didn't say anything first. I just deny that I'm asleep when I really am, "No.. I'm not asleep.." And there was one instance of, "Okay, I'm going to go to sleep now, goodnight!" and I had already been asleep for a while. ![]() Any amusing instances? |

My sister talks/screams/cries/shouts in her dreams all the time. My room is next to hers and I'm ALWAYS getting woken up.
Hm. I know I sleepwalk once in a while. I'd fall asleep somewhere and wake up in some totally random place. Like once, I woke up under the piano. That was... weird. |
