how do i get like lines or something. i guess banners on an image or psd.
like this: CLICK & is their any websites where i can find those patterns? thanks! i mean like the lines on beyonce. |

What program are you using? The above tutorial is for Photoshop but I know it can easily be done in Paint Shop Pro as well. Scroll down to the Scanlines section but make it horizontal rather than vertical. |
