the most amount of weight you've lost in the shortest amount of time, and what'd you do to loose it so fast? Did you also gain it back afterwards? Forr Example: say if you want you had a goal. like .. 10 pounds in 3 weeks. drank a lot of water,exercised .. etc. or if you didn't have a goal and just lost weight: ex. 5pds in a week. drank a lot of water,and exercised. i just thought this would be a fun post to give some people some ideas. :] i don't think theres another post like this but if there is sorryy.
