What type of art is this? Is it line art? And how do u make these kind of pictures? Do u think they use a tablet? If this is line art give me some kind of tutorial on how to make line art. Thank You! <3 THUMBED

It could be considered line art, as lines do confine the coloring and shading (minus the hair in the latter two pictures). I really don't know how to judge tablet drawings from line art scanned in and CGed, and I doubt that anyone else other than artists could say for sure, either.
Err.. Why don't you ask the original artists? I'm sure they know much better than we do.
