Joe said that one of his favorite bands' vocalist took a poo on a towel and threw it to the crowd. He wasn't there, but he sure as hell would have wanted it. ;)

Nothing much crazy, but at flipside my friends sister/or whatever was crowd surfing, then someone dropped her and her head cracked or something.
