First Division layout..., i need help |

ok... so i'm using this from another website... but trying to give it alil more depth than it had... so my questions are
1st... how do i get the default pic to be sized into that box? i've tryed this code <img src="URLHERE" width="10" height="10"> but it didn't work... it completely screwed up the whole layout 2nd. how do i get the links in the box on the bottom right to be in a "list" format? 3rd... the top banner was set this way. i increased the font size on the bottom of the banner... but i want it to be a lil more spaced out from the top line of text... more legible that way i think. how???? http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...7d-6f51342463eb please help!!!
