Well in my opinon I would have to say Hilary because her sister just used her to get get famous,I mean when Hilary first came out with her first Show Lizzie Mcguire or how ever yuo spell it no one probably didnt even know about Haily but now they made that cheesy song and thats when everyone knew who Haily was
