My best friend is dating a homocidal pervert and he already said he loved her twice and they've only been on one date. During that first date, he put his hand on her thigh and was tracing it and he would lift her shirt up and touch her randomly during the movie. She didn't know what to do so she laughed it off. I'm scared that he'll try to do worse things to her and she won't know what to do or how to say no. I'm also afraid because he's mumbled about murdering people before and has pictures of himself with knives and made cartoon pictures of him drenched in blood. I'm not even sure if he really likes her or not because after she told him she liked him he said, "I guess I like you too...but I didn't know it." He doesn't have many friends and hates everyone because no one wants to partner up with him during projects. I don't know what to do and I don't want to see her get hurt.

Her parents already know she's dating him and they're fine with it. We've talked to her many times about this but apparently she says she knows what she's doing and she really likes him and he "loves" her. I'm scared that if he finds out we're trying to break them up or if she does break up with him, that he'll shoot us. If I tell the police, they can't really arrest him for anything because he didn't do anything illegal.
