How do you let out YOUR feelings? I need ideas. Journals/diaries don't really work out for me. Any other ideas?

I usually have to talk/type out my feelings.
Having a xanga comes in handy, and the whole personal journal thing works for me as well. Something about actually writing it out that makes it special, i dunno lol. It helps a lot when someone will sit there and just listen to me vent. If we're talking about anger or something then usually I try to work-out or do something physical. It really matters on the situation. Crying works lol. Creating or Destroying something as in Painting a picture or Smashing a glass vase. All really helpful =) |
