shoutbox, how do i put it in the right place? Options

i made the layout and everything works fine
but i dont know how to put shotbox in the right place

if you see that there is shout and little lines going thru the bottom and i wanna put it there. can anyone help me?

^You kind of did something wrong, you have 2 script tags when you only need one.

the cbox went at the bottom of the page instead at the bottom of the subscriptions.. blogrings, etc..
