MySpace, the wildly popular online teen hangout, said on Friday it will make its first move into the digital music business by selling songs from nearly 3 million unsigned bands.

Ick.
It's kind of confusing though, because basically they would just sell stuff that has no copywrite and the artist would decide how much it can go for. If it's not copywritten and you post it on the internet kids are probably going to find a way to download.
So these bands aren't going to get a record deal or anything? Basically they're going to charge you to push the download button?
