I learned this from a tutorial off of pootato.org
Really easy, really fun to mess around with ^^ I love her site~ So easy to pick up something new~ Tell me what you think    (Yay, I finally found out how to make transparent pics  )    (my first try xD I actaully love this one alot~)  Please, if you take, credit me at least.

They all have really bad quality. And sorry to say but this effect is really tacky. It makes the images look so horrible.
