I dont understand what it means by add Friends Url. Is that each individual friend I want to add, or all of my friends Link ????

It's for each indiviual friend.
Go to one of your friend's pages. See the address bar in your browser (The white text area where you type in your addresses)? Copy the address. Congratulations, you have copied your friend's URL. URL = internet address. Now you paste that address where the code specifies it. You will have to do that for each friend. Hope that helped
