layout issues, please help. Options

okay, im really starting to frustrate myself with this. i keep chaning my layout to see if they actually look good with my text.. and all the layout previews are alinged, but whenever i put it in my profile, comments & friends for some reasons goes off in the middle.. and i was wondering if theres any way of getting them all in the same line?
