Skinny layout-back to normal. Options

I have a skinny layout but well..it looks way to skinny lol...How can I make it back to normal, or atleast wider?I remember a while back I put bigger sizes in but it looked out of proportion..

hmm it made the table on the left wider and the other one is only a little wider.I only want to make the table on the right wider(the about me section side),is there any way to just resize that one?? thanks!
