i don't know but lately i've always been hungry all the time, and i keep eating, and i have gained weight, but only like 2 pounds. but it bothers me that i've been eating more than i think i should. are they any reasons as to why that i get so hungry?

i'd think that if were using a lot of energy i'd be hungry, but i haven't being doing much... i've recently tried to give up things to cut down on calories but i still find myself hungry.. wacko.gif so i'm trying to eat less, but i don't want to starve myself.

any suggestions?
*MOD: i was wondering this should be under food or health but if it's not food just move it please*

It's probably just random phases, I get them too especially when I'm on my period.

2 lbs isn't much, like what others said...it's water weight. However, trying to reduced your calorie intake will cause you to eat more if you are not accustomed to it. If you still feel wary about eating more that you normally would, try to:

#1 drink more water
#2 eat foods high in fiber, foods high in fiber will fill you up faster.(ex. Frosted Mini Wheats, oatmeal, or Kashi products)
#3 consume more protein, like meat...beans...peanut butter
#4 eat slowly throughout the day

And the basics of eating healthy and exercising regularly.
