zomg. that book is incredible. i read it recently, and the experiences that this boy has to go through (extreme child abuse) are so mind-blowing that it seems unreal at times. the sequel - the lost boy - is really good too. anyone read either of them? just curious.

omg all of his books about his life are amazingly sad
 the sad part is that he once had it happy and that all of a sudden BAM!!! ahh that was sad asss book :[
