Where do I put the layout code..?, I've been searching for a while now.. no such luck. Options

I'm new to LJ and I'm trying to use one of the layouts from this site.
This is the layout I want to use.

Every topic I find seems to be outdated. They don't help me at all... so I'm just wondering if anyone could help me and tell me where I put the code for the layout... thank you!
